They are the oldest continuous, one-name, one-city franchise in all of professional American sports, dating to 1883. The Phillies have two World Series titles, from 1980 and 2008. Their home field is Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Manager Ryne Dee Sandberg is the only Hall of Fame player managing in the league, and he brings top players like Cole Hamels and Cliff Leeto face off against the Atlanta Braves.
