The Mount Dora Blues & Groove Weekend will continue the tradition of bringing fabulous Blues Music to the Mount Dora Waterfront in gorgeous, lakefront Elizabeth Evans Park. The event enters it's 6th year and has a experienced tremendous growth in the previous 5 years by featuring such artists as Leon Russell, Chris Simmons, Thomas Wynn & the Believers and a host of others too numerous to mention.
The event is now produced by VisitMountDora(tm), the not-for-profit group in Mount Dora comprised of 90+ downtown businesses and organizations dedicated to putting feet on the street of downtown Mount Dora. The event is produced in partnership with Full Sail University out of Winter Park, Florida and is actual course curriculm for students in the Concerts & Promotions classes. This allows a 'hands-on' experience for the Full Sail students and provides VisitMountDora(tm) with much needed talent and expertise otherwise cost prohibitive.Schedule of Events
