Bring the family to celebrate Earth Day in Winter Park at First GREEN Bank. The event is free and open to public with special Earth Day activities for kids. Food from local restaurants will be served and guests can enjoy interactive sessions with animals from the Central Florida Zoo and the Audubon Society. Throughout the day guests are invited to participate in a group paint by number activity, where they can create artwork that will be permanently installed in the Winter Park branch. Also, this marks the last day to submit your “Earth Changing Idea” for a chance to win $1000 in seed money to fund the environmental idea and a $500 gift card to Patagonia retail stores.
Earth Day will be held April 26, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.
Earth Day will be celebrated at First GREEN Bank in Winter Park on South Orlando Avenue near Minnesota Avenue.
