Minus5 Ice Bar Summer Kick Off - Kids Get in Free
Saturday, June 21st, 10am-9pm at Minus5 Ice Bar
The official start to summer is just around the corner, and what better way to beat the scorching Orlando heat than with a refreshing beverage on the rocks, literally, at Minus5 Ice Bar. To celebrate the first day of summer, the Coolest Experience in Orlando will provide free admission to kids (16 and under) with a paid adult entry.
Minus5 will also bring the frozen beauty of the ice bar, outside, as its talented ice carver will freeze the courtyard’s fountain feature and create a wonderful piece of frosty art. Sitting atop the fountain will be one of winter’s favorite characters, a loveable snowman that will show us what happens to frozen water when it gets warm.
Minus5 Ice Bar, which opened America’s first ice bar in Las Vegas in 2008, opened their fourth permanent US location at Pointe Orlando this April. At Minus5 Ice Bar everything but the ceiling and floor is made of ice, including the bar, benches, tables and the glasses guests drink from. Their team of world-champion ice carvers showcase ice as art, with museum-quality sculptures and carvings.
