The Winter Garden Art Festival features over 100 artists, children's art activities, live entertainment and patio dining in Historic Downtown Winter Garden. This is the 12th annual art festival and the event is free and open to the public.
Artists come from all over the state of Florida and the Southeast to showcase their works in this festival. Not only will artists compete for various titles, but their works of art will be on display and for sale throughout the weekend. Art categories include painting, sculpture, drawing, ceramic, glass, fiber arts and fashion, wood, photography, mixed media, and more.
The Winter Garden Art Festival will also be collaborating with the Florida Film Academy to present local student talent in the fine and performing arts. There will be a main stage on Plant Street where visitors can experience student work in dance, theatre, music, and art. There will also be a large movie screen next to the stage showcasing student films, the first original book from the Adult Creative Writing and Photography students, plus a fun zone for kids.
