  Chipotle Mexican Grill serves gourmet burritos, salads, bowls and tacos, with an emphasis on sustainability and being as green as possible. All dishes are made with 100% naturally raised beef, pork and chicken; the majority of meats and cheeses are made from dairy cattle that are pasture-raised; local farmers are used whenever possible; and even the buildings are designed to be green. Chipotle's founders and staff pride themselves on serving food with integrity.

  The menu isn't large, but the options are nearly endless. Pick your style — burrito, burrito bowl, taco or salad — add some cilantro-lime rice, pinto or vegetarian black beans, and meat (or go vegetarian), and select your toppings to customize your creation. All your options are on display as your meal is handcrafted before your eyes.

  Order chips and guacamole, and a beverage to complete your lunch or dinner. Chipotle serves soda, but also has a selection of beers and margaritas.

  The kitchen and dining room are designed to be open so you can see, hear and smell the dining experience. Chipotle Mexican Grill — Dr. Phillips has outdoor seating available, as well.
