Don Pablo's Mexican Kitchen is a one-of-a-kind Tex-Mex restaurant that serves bold, tasty food, including traditional Texan favorites. This national chain has been a leader in Tex-Mex for more than 20 years, and prides itself on its authentically flavored food and signature margaritas, as well as fresh tortillas made in-house.
The menu includes starters, such as quesadillas, dips, nachos, flautas, guacamole and more; soup and salad; tacos; fajitas; mesquite-grilled entrees; combo platters with tacos, enchiladas, tamales, chile rellenos and more; burritos and chimichangas; carnitas; enchiladas; Texas favorites; and desserts, such as a chocolate volcano, ice cream taco, sopapillas and iron skillet apple pie.
Margaritas are the star of the drink menu, with options including Fruitaritas, Lotsarita, Pablorita, Primarita, Sambarita, Slenderita, Squeezarita and Swirlaritas. You can also choose from wine and sangria selections, tequila, Mexican and imported beer, domestic beers and more.
The interior is bright, open and eclectic, with a fun Tex-Mex atmosphere. Centerpieces include unique indoor courtyard fountains and a tortilla stand where you can watch as flour tortillas are made fresh and cooked to order.
