• Profile Overview

  Greek Flame Taverna serves authentic Greek food in an open, sleek, upscale environment. Owned by experienced chefs Maria and Chris Chrissanthidis, the restaurant keeps to its classic Greek roots, offering traditional Greek dishes with a contemporary flare, as well as selling Greek olives, oils and wine.

  The lunch menu includes meze (appetizers), salata (salads), gyros and entrees; while the more extensive dinner menu features meze, soupes kai salates (soups and salads), kiria piata (main course), thalassina (seafood), piateles (platters), and sides.

  The dining room is open and inviting, and a large outdoor patio provides additional seating.

  Greek Flame Taverna received the Foodie Award for Best Greek from 2005-12, as well as the 2011 Best Greek in Orlando award from MyCityEats, and 2012 Best Greek award from Orlando Style.

  Reservations are recommended for parties of six or more and can be made online.

  The Marketplace at Dr. Phillips offers ample free parking.
