You can select from Subway's menu of sandwich favorites or create your own sub. Just choose your bread, meat, veggies and sauces, adding as much or as little as you'd like. Complete your meal with a soda and chips or a cookie. In addition to its 20+ $5 footlongs, Subway has $4 lunch meals, which include a 6-inch sub — seven to choose from — and 21-ounce drink. Twelve additional sandwich options are available for $5 or $6.
Nor just for lunch and dinner, Subway also has breakfast sandwiches, most of which include your morning eggs.
If bread isn't your thing, you can order a fresh chopped salad with chicken, turkey or roast beef. There's also a Fresh Fit for Kids menu, which comes with a mini sub, 1% low-fat milk and apple slices.
