  • Profile Overview

Medieval Times is a dinner theatre that takes visitors back to the middle ages. Watch as knights face off in a live jousting tournament as you dine in authentic medieval fashion. The show is exciting for people of all ages, from children to adults. It has been around for over 30 years with its Kissimmee location being the first in North America.

The arena is divided by sections and colors. Each section is designated with a certain knight for the crowd to cheer on. When your knight is up to battle, root for him to champion over the others. The knights joust on horses and battle on the ground with swords and weapons while the king and princess watch from above. A Royal Falconer sits with the court while his birds of prey soar over the audience, and the Lord Chancellor emcees the festivities.

Included with the ticket is a full dinner. Eat oven-roasted chicken and spare rib, along with garlic toast, tomato bisque, herb roasted potato, a castle pastry, and select non-alcoholic beverages. For vegetarians, there's an option of hummus, warm pita bread, carrot and celery sticks, 3-bean stew with fire roasted tomato and brown rice, fresh fruit or Italian ice (based on availability), a select non-alcoholic beverage. Vegetarian options must be requested ahead of time when you make your reservation.

Medieval Times also has full bar service for 21 and up before the show, during, and after. Try one of their beers, wines, and specialty drinks.

Visitors can enjoy Medieval Times as a group, either for a work outing, birthday party, or field trip. VIP packages are available that include extra perks such as first row seating, a commemorative photo, and banner.

Medieval Times shows differ according to day and month, with shows usually beginning anytime between 6 pm - 8:30 pm. Daytime matinees are available for school field trips.

Medieval Times is located in Kissimmee in the castle where West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway turns into West Vine Street.
