Profile Overview
SeaWorld is a marine park and zoo featuring live shows, animal habitats, thrill rides, and attractions. They receive over 5 million visitors each year and are one of the most visited amusement parks in the country. Visitors to SeaWorld in Florida are given the opportunity to see native wildlife that otherwise can't be seen in Northern climates.
The theme park consists of several different habitats and attractions, including Antarctica, which features an immersive penguin exhibit. The Manta Aquariam provides an underwater view of manta rays in their oceanic setting. See one of the ocean's most intelligent and playful creatures in the Dolphin Cove. Make sure to keep an eye out for feeding times. The iconic exhibit is Shamu Underwater Viewing, where you can see the incredible killer whale up-close. Apart from beluga whales, Florida manatees, and bottlenose dolphins, you can also view tropical birds like parrots and flamingos.
SeaWorld also has an array of exciting and entertaining live shows. One Ocean is one of their most anticipated shows featuring the park's favorite killer whale, Shamu. Shows are accompanied by trained routines performed by the animals, tricks, fountains, lights, and music. For kids, there's Elmo and Abby's Treasure Hunt where your participation will help these Sesame Street characters find hidden treasure. You'll see amazing acrobatics and tricks performed in A'Lure, The Call of the Ocean.
If you enjoy roller coasters and thrill rides, Sea World has plenty of fun attractions. There's Manta, which takes you soaring through the air as you hang face down in the coaster. Kraken is a monstrous, floorless roller coaster that will send you through high loops. Journey to Atlantis is a flume ride that takes you to the mythical sunken city - it's filled with good scares and ends with a big splash.

SeaWorld provides multiple packages for people looking to get the most out of their visit. Packages can include access to the Aquatica Water Park, Discovery Cove, and Busch Gardens. They also have annual passes for those who want to enjoy what SeaWorld has to offer throughout the year.
