The Falcon Gallery & Bar in Thornton Park is hosting a viewing party for the biggest event on all fours — Animal Planet’s Puppy Bowl, now in its 10th consecutive year. Adorable shelter puppies battle in a mini stadium, with “kickoff” scheduled for 3 p.m. Last year saw the addition of hedgehog cheerleaders, and of course this year’s battle will include the popular Bissel Kitten Halftime Show.
Drink specials include $1 off craft drafts and wine ‘tail midnight.
