The former second level of Mulvaney's is now 23, where culture, class and style reign supreme. This full-liquor bar prides itself on knowing its guests and their favorite drinks. The social headquarters offers an impressive wine list, champagne, perfectly crafted cocktails, and of course numerous beer and liquor selections.

The devil is in the details, and 23 gets them right. With a focus on ambience, everything from the plush leather seating to tasteful decor and perfectly accented VIP areas has been styled with a careful eye.

The 21-up lounge and night club offers no cover Wednesdays until 11 p.m., Ladies Night on Thursdays, and Friday drink specials. VIP reservations can be made by phone or online.

Located inside 23 is Oakroom, a members-only establishment that guarantees privacy and exclusivity. Members can relax on leather couches while enjoying a cigar, cognac or drink from the full-liquor bar. Oakroom also offers a private billiards room and personal lockers for members.
