  The newest addition to The Mall at Millenia's restaurant offerings, The Capital Grille is fine dining at its best. The recipient of numerous awards and accolades for both its food and wine list, the 250-seat Capital Grille offers American cuisine, including premium steaks dry aged on premises, as well as fresh seafood. A tableside iPad allows diners to peruse the restaurant's 350+ wine selections, which can be searched by varietal or rating. Separate — but equally delicious — menus are offered for lunch and dinner.

  Popular appetizers include the lobster bisque and calamari, and side items are ordered a la carte and large enough to share. Desserts include cheesecake, creme brulee, ice cream, chocolate hazelnut cake and coconut cream pie.

  Those looking to escape the mall atmosphere for a quiet cocktail and quick bite to eat can relax in the large bar area, which offers its own menu.

  For special events or parties, private dining is available and can be requested on the restaurant's website.
