Cave Inn BBQ is a casual, family-friendly barbecue restaurant that’s privately owned, with roots dating back to 1986. Priding itself on a fresh, adventurous approach to barbecue, Cave Inn BBQ has meals named Tyrannosaurus Ribs, Stegosaurus Shreds and Bronto Burgers for the kids, as well as some award-winning barbecue sauces.
The menu features starters; MMMEAT!, such as its signature Pterodactyl Wing, Pterodactyl Leg, Archaeopteryx (cornish hen), Raptor (beef brisket), and more; sandwiches; sides; desserts; and a kids menu. You also have your choice of seven sauces, including the original La Brea Tar Pit Sauce, Cocoa Indulgence, Dawn of Time (savory bacon), Flint Rock Fruit (apple butter), and more.
Weekend brunch is available Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Thursday kids eat free, and there’s Karaoke in the Cave from 7-10 p.m. Check the website for other daily specials.
In addition to Coke products, tea, and coffee, Cave Inn BBQ serves craft beer, wine and cocktails.
There’s always something going on at night, whether its sports on the flat-screen TVs, karaoke, live music, open mic night, or enjoying something from the selection of fine cigars.
Ample free parking is available.
Cave Inn BBQ is located in the shopping center behind Walgreens.
