  The cafe has a rotating recipe bank of more than 500 selections. Menu items include salads, sandwiches, pizzas, soups and sides, all of which include the option of accommodating to those who are vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free. For lunch and dinner there is an entree hot bar added. Guests also have the option of creating their own salad from the salad bar, or ordering a specialty salad from the cafe register.

  The cafe has an organic juice, smoothie, and java bar. At this bar customers may choose their pick of any delicious organic, herb-infused tea, freshly squeezed juices made from whole fruit, and smoothies made with all-natural ingredients.
