Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is the newest addition to Restaurant Row in Dr. Phillips. The fine-dining restaurant offers a sophisticated environment, live jazz music and high-class atmosphere.
The menu includes ice-cold shellfish; appetizers; second course selections, such as Maine lobster and shrimp bisque and wild mushroom salad; prime seafood; hand-cut steaks; side dishes, such as au gratin potatoes, truffled macaroni and cheese, and twice baked potatoes with bacon and chives; and, of course, desserts.
The robust and varied selection of fish and shellfish are hand-selected from the top catches of the day. When it comes to seafood, Eddie V's holds itself to the highest standards possible and procures only the finest quality of the widest assortment of fish available. Its critically acclaimed steaks are prime, center-cut steaks of the highest quality. They're aged for more than 28 days and carefully hand-cut. Each steak is lightly seasoned, broiled to your preference, and lightly brushed with butter.
Complement your meal with the perfect glass or bottle wine. You can always ask your server for an ideal wine pairing suggestion. In addition to more than 200 wine offerings, Eddie V’s has a full-liquor bar, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages.
If you’re looking for a more casual dining experience, the cozy, yet elegant V Lounge offers seductive lighting, a entertaining atmosphere and live jazz music. Enjoy happy hour at the horseshoe-shaped bar, which features creative cocktails and signature appetizers.
Private dining is offered, and floor plans can be arranged to accommodate groups of 18 to 50 indoors, or up to 140 guests on the patio.
