Junior Columbian Burger started in 2005 when Luis Garcia and his wife decided to bring Colombian-style burgers to the I-Drive region of Orlando. It originally started as a late night food truck, but has since transformed into one of Orlando's permanant places to eat.
At today's Junior Colombian Burger, you can still get the same great burgers and Colombian food with a wide variety of the original menu favorites, plus some new additions. Today the business has expanded beyond the late night crowd and also includes a lunch and dinner component that encompasses families.
If you are in the mood for a delicious burger, then try the Junior Colombian Burger. Each third pound burger patty is mixed with secret spices and topped with crushed potato chips and a variety of sweet sauces. The recipe creates a distinctive flavor that combines the classic American burger with Colombian influences.
Junior Colombian Burger also serves hot dogs, empanadas, quesadillas, and more. To drink, enjoy a variety of Colombian and South American sodas, as well as mango and passion fruit juices. The restaurant is open until 3:30 am Monday through Wednesday and 4:30 am Thursday through Sunday.
Junior Colombian Burger is located on South Kirkman in the Universal Plaza next to Domino's.
