  Seito Sushi features classic Japanese sushi cuisine, as well as innovative culinary creations of Asian fusion.The atmosphere is trendy and modern with ample seating and even a sushi bar. Seito Sushi serves lunch and dinner. You can choose from a variety of classic roles like California, Philly, Shrimp Tempura, or Rainbow, or you can try one of their specialty rolls.

  Their Sweetheart roll is made with coconut shrimp, mango, cream cheese, snow crab salad, eel sauce and an apricot glaze. Or you can bite into their spicy Godzilla with soft shell crab, asparagus tempure, and honey citrus sauce. Their array of different flavor combinations make for a unique dining experience. If you can't decide on one, order a platter and share among friends and family. You'll also find land dishes like Korean Style Short Ribs and Pork Belly Bao Buns.

  Lunch is served until 3 pm Monday - Friday and until 3:30 pm Saturday and Sunday. Seito Sushi also provides catering and private dining for your next big occasion. Menu and drink specials are available throughout the week. Happy hour is everyday from 12 pm - 7 pm.

  Seito Sushi is located on Turkey Lake Road near the Whole Foods entrance.
