  Try one of their nutritious and tasty appetizers. Sushiology has seaweed salad, tofu steak, miso soup, edameme, and sunomono - a cucumber with mandarin orange vinegar. Their donburi consists of a rice bowl dish served with fish, meat, or vegetables.

  The restaurant has a variety of special rolls. Try their Paradise Roll made with masago, avocado, cucumber, mango, and topped with salmon. They also have traditional rolls like California, Rainbow, and Dynamite. Sushiology also has an assortment of nigiri, an oblong mound of rice with a chosen meat. There's salmon, tuna, eel and shrimp nigiri, and for vegetarians, there's avocado nigiri.

  Enjoy an assortment of sushi with Sushiology's combination platters, or order to share with their gourmetry platters with up to 16 pieces of sashimi, 24 pieces of nigiri, and 21 pieces of sushi. For dessert, try their banana tempura with ice cream or fried cheese cake with ice cream.
