Texas de Brazil is a fine dining experience providing exquisite Brazilian-American food, steakhouse style. Their Churrascaria or "steakhouse," provides excellent food and service to patrons, with dishes like their enormous skewers of seasoned and smoked chicken, lamb, pork, beef, and even their Brazilian sausage. Their salad bar provides an array of amazing vegetables, cheeses, greens, and dressings that make a great meal for any health nut or vegetarian. They also serve authentic side dishes like their sweet fried bananas.
The chefs at Texas de Brazil focus on presentation as much as taste. Their desserts are especially creative, like their Carrot Cake, Brazilian Cheesecake, Flan, and Bananas Foster Pie. Great steaks are coupled with great wine selections from Italy, South America, Australia and California. Their wine cellar and Beijos Bar are sure to impress. Try “The Caipirinha,” their signature cocktail made with cane sugar, lime, and Brazilian Cachaca ( a liquor made from sugar canes).
Reservations are recommended. Texas de Brazil also offers catering services, and is a great place to dine for corporate dinners, rehearsal dinners, receptions, birthdays, and even business meetings.
The bar area opens at 4:30 pm Monday through Friday and dinner is served starting at 5 pm. Sunday Brunch is from 12 pm - 3 pm. Regular full price meals are served, as well as a less expensive light option.
Texas de Brazil is located in the Outlet Marketplace next to Coldwater Creek on I-Drive.
