Boggy Creek Airboat Rides offers four unique airboat adventures that explore canals where you'll spot exotic birds, turtles and the Florida alligator wading in their natural environment. Guests will soar atop the swamp water at speeds reaching 45 m.p.h. in a Central Florida Everglades experience.
Airboat tours range from 30 minutes to an hour, with reservations required for hour-long tours and night tours. The Daily Half Hour tour leaves every 30 minutes, is fun for all ages, and is handicap accesible.
All boats are insured and regularly inspected & certified by the U.S. Coast Guard, and receive daily maintenance & safety inspections. All boats have life vests, safety equipment, hearing protection & radios aboard, and are quality built by Alumitech. All captains graduated from mandatory U.S. Coast Guard sea school, are U.S. Coast Guard master captains, have one year of apprenticeship, undergo random drug testing, are CPR/ First aid certified, individually insured, and have had background checks.
17 & 6 passenger boats available to suit your groups needs. Airboat rides are great for school field trips, birthday parties, and private guided excursions. Hotel pick-up is available for out of town visitors for an additional fee.
For the night tour, Check-in is 7:30 p.m. from Oct. 1 to 2nd Saturday of March, and 8:30 p.m. from 2nd Sunday of March to Sept. 30
The best time to see alligators is early in the morning (before 10:00 a.m.) during hot weather and later in the day in the cold. The One Hour Night Tour is also the best time to see alligators when the weather's warm.
Boggy Creak Airboat Rides has two locations: Southport and East Lake.
Southport is at the listed address. Take 192 East to Poinciana Blvd. which is located between mile marker 10 & 11, go right 19 miles to end.
East Lake is at 3702 Big Bass Road in Kissimmee, FL. Take SR 417 to exit 17, go south on Boggy Creek Rd 3 miles, turn right on Fish Camp Road, and take to boat dock.
