Chocolate Kingdom Factory Adventure Tours is a family-friendly and educational experience that takes visitors through the chocolate making process. Learn how chocolate starts as a bean, and through an extensive process, becomes a milky chocolate candy. The tour is led by a personal tour guide, with some help from the handsome prince of Chocolate Kingdom, Prince George, and his Dragon friend, Meechu.
The tour starts in the Cacao house where cacao beans that will become chocolate are grown. Tour guests are taken through a chocolate museum where they will learn about the history of chocolate and the chocolate process. Visitors will see the mystical River of Chocolate and observe as traditional chocolate factory machines produce the tasty candy bars in the authentic bean-to-the-bar fashion. Bean-to-the-bar doesn't involve melting chocolates, but rather, producing chocolate straight from cacao bean product. It provides a richer, more flavorful taste than other methods of chocolate making.
Group rates are available for children and adults at this Orlando attraction. The discount is perfect for corporate events, scout or school trips, church groups, and more. There are also birthday party packages available starting at $200 that include "Make Your Own Chocolate" DIY activities, a goodie bag to take home after the party, bottled water, and a private party room for the birthday celebrations. Special add-ons are available, and another package for $300 includes a tour of the factory.
Kids aren't the only ones who can have fun - adults can have a chocolate party as well with similar activities catered to them. Become a chocolate connoisseur with the Chocolate Kingdom party package: learn about different chocolate percentages, sample chocolate wines, and make your own chocolates to take home. Along with with parties and tours, Chocolate Kingdom offers summer camps for youth. It's one of the many fun things to do for kids in Orlando and Kissimmee.
Chocolate Kingdom is open from 11:30 am - 7 pm Monday through Sunday. Tours start at 12 pm and are scheduled every hour on the hour until the last tour at 6 pm. Call ahead to check for availability. Purchase tickets online or on site.
Parking is in the lot that separates Chocolate Kingdom from Fun Spot.
Chocolate Kingdom is located in Kissimmee off of West Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway near Pizza Hut.
