    Power, Dance, & Fitness is a fun way to work out and stay in shape by dancing. Power, Dance, & Fitness was born out of a desire to have a local place in Winter Garden to enjoy dancing for exercise. The studio is equipped with a sprung floor that's gentle on the joints and allows for more leaps and bounds. Classes are led by any of 5 instructors. The lead instructor is owner ​​Jaimie Roberts who first started Power, Dance, & Fitness and holds a bachelor's degree in Musical Theatre from Florida State University. She and the other instructors have extensive experience with physical fitness.

    Classes include Power Dance Slow Down and Power Dance Throw Down. The first eases participants into the Throw Down workout by slowing down the choreography for 3 - 4 songs. The Power Dance Throw Down is a high intensity workout of non-stop dancing with some of the best songs of the past few decades. A Power Dance Prep introductory class is also available that will familiarize you with power dance fitness and break down dance choreography even further.

    Also available are PDF Boot Camps with either Julia or Darl. Darl's workout is intense and features some of the same moves that get Military Special Ops in shape - from stretching and resistance training, to cardio and core muscle building. Julia's workout features cardio, strength, and toning. Bring a mat an enjoy a workout that stimulates the mind by mixing up the moves.

    Power Yoga will help you to master balance and strength in a relaxing environment that will make you sweat, while Candlelight Yoga will work your body and relax you for a good night's sleep. Drills and Thrills for Runners will teach beginners and marathon runners to the principles of healthy running posture and proper nutrition. Circuit Training lets you cycle through different stations of exercise intervals to ensure you hit every muscle. There's even a dance option featuring choreographed intervals.

    Small group or personal training are available. Check to bring a mat or towel to class, and it's always recommended to bring a bottle of water so that you can stay properly hydrated. The facility is available for rent by appointment on weekends, evenings, and afternoons between regularly scheduled classes. A fully equipped sound system is available for your iPad or mp3. Power, Dance, & Fitness also has a boom box for CDs that adapts to the studio sound. There are two water fountains, a changing room, restroom, and free WiFi.
