  Trapeze Federation in Orlando is an adventurous activity that will get you pumped up, ready, and flying through the air. Have fun building muscle and strengthening your core.

  Trapezing is an entertaining exercise for anyone 5 years of age or older. The instructors at Trapeze Federation will show you the basics, get you doing tricks, and have you ready for some real trapeze flying. The trapeze hangs 24 feet off the ground, with a safety net 10 feet off the ground.

  All trapeze students wear a harness with socks and comfortable, tight fitting clothing. Classes are 2 hours long, and students are requested to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork and hear instructions.

  Field trips, business and corporate events, team building exercises, birthdays, or just a fun time with the family - the flying trapeze is great for all.
