The Dragon Parade - Lunar New Year Festival is a free parade in Orlando to showcase live entertainment and Asian culture for the community. Celebrate the Year of the Horse with dragon and lion dances, martial arts, Japanese taiko, and acrobatic performances. There will be cultural dances at this Orlando event, arts and crafts, and exotic Asian food sold by vendors. The Dragon Parade and Lunar New Year Festival is a great activity for all ages.
The Dragon Parade - Lunar New Year is on Sunday, February 9th, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The parade portion of the event starts at Hillcrest Street and Hampton Avenue in Orlando, and ends at Hillcrest Street and Mills Avenue. The festival will be in the Colonial Photo & Hobby parking lot where vendors from around town will be set up.
